Halloween 2011

Adelaide had a very busy Halloween day. At school there was a Halloween party and trick-or-treating at the businesses near the school.

Mama Rox was able to attend the party at school.

When we got home from school, Addy got dressed in her costume and we went over to do some trick-or-treating in Papa Scott's neighborhood.

We hung out with Papa Scott for a while before meeting up the the Santiago girls. Addy and the girls went to several houses before it was time for Addy and me to head home to pass out candy.

Pumpkin Carving

After going to the Zoo, we came home and carved our Halloween pumpkin.

Mama does all the hard cutting.

Addy doesn't know what to do with the pumpkin and all that slime.

She decides to try to get some out herself.

Boo At the Zoo

Today we went to Boo At The Zoo. It was a beautiful sunny day and we had a great time.

Addy and Mommy looking at the camels. It was so warm that Addy had to take her hat off. By the end of our time at the zoo, she had fallen asleep and was sweaty in her costume.

Little Mermaid

For Halloween this year, Roxanne thought it would be a great idea for Addy to go as a mermaid because she doesn't need her legs to move right now anyway. Roxanne said that she could make the costume and was very much set on Addy being a mermaid. So, as a result, I was able to make a mermaid tail and Addy went to the FritoLay Halloween party as a little mermaid.
